Use our COA library to look up the peptide, then choose the corresponding product and strength. Review the lot identifier and batch-specific results before relying on a certificate.
Get in touch with Well Elevation and include the product name, strength, lot code, order number, and details of the discrepancy. Do not treat a report for another lot as documentation for your material.
Processing and delivery are separate stages. Orders usually take 1–2 business days to process, Monday through Friday, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days in transit after dispatch. High order volumes can extend processing, and delivery varies by location. See our shipping FAQs; arrival dates are not guaranteed.
Look for the tracking number in the email sent when your order ships. Tracking details are also available in your account order history. Please allow for delays in carrier tracking updates.
Report damaged, leaking, incorrect, or missing items to our support team within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photos. A replacement shipment or store credit is provided under our Return & Resolution Policy. All sales are final, with no returns or exchanges.
